Thousand Layer Lasagne Recipe – 101 Cookbooks

As long as I'm clipping from my favorite cooking blog… 

I've never met a lasagne I didn't like, but this one is so fresh and light – not adjectives normally used for lasagna. It includes fresh pasta, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil… and lemon juice, which is not an ingredient I'd ever put into an Italian tomato sauce before, but I almost always do now after I'd tried it here.
