Here are my veggies of the week – I got so many good ideas from people last week, of what yummy things I could do with them, that I decided to post more often!
This week: more… lettuce (though a different type), fennel, new potatoes, zucchini, cukes, green onions. New this week: baby carrots, a lone tomato, dill, and a box of blueberries from a nearby organic farm.
Unfortunately, Nikki & I are just beginning a 7-day detox, so the only thing we can eat Friday are the blueberries – then Saturday we can add fresh veggies, and Sunday cooked veggies. But we've got all the food we need right here!
